Message in the Wind II

This sculpture by Lloyd Pinay is displayed on the second floor in  the departure lounge at John Diefenbaker airport in Sasakatoon. It is called Message in the Wind II , it is dated 2005 and is part of the Saskatchewan Provincial Government art collection. I believe it is  made of sprayed ferroconcrete or perhaps a painted and sprayed styrofoam/concrete composite.Another public artwork by Pinay is the Aboriginal War Veterans Memorial on Elgin Street in Ottawa.
