SLIAO specializes in ASL-English interpreting

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETING ASSOCIATES OTTAWA (SLIAO) was incorporated in June 1997 by a group of ASL Interpreters who determined that working in partnership would improve availability of interpreting service.

SLIAO contracts with federal government accredited interpreters and with other qualified and experienced interpreters to provide a professional ASL Sign Language interpreting service in the Ottawa area.

All of the interpreters who work with us are members of the Association of Visual Language Interpreters of Canada (AVLIC)
