This low rise apartment building is more typical of apartment block buildings in areas of the city that were suburban fifty or sixty years ago. On this block it is notable for its contrasting difference from the surrounding architecture. This address is very close to the intersection of Bronson Avenue, there is an OC Transpo bus stop here too.
