This location has had many tenants - pizzerias especially. These photos were taken about 1 year apart - the Manitoba maple along the roofline is much bigger now.

Yes, this address is now the "Saigon Boy" which is one of my favourite Vietnamese Pho restaurants. I am sitting in the same restaurant now as I read your comment. In front of me is a medium bowl of the house special soup (number 28 medium - quail egg, tripe, beef tendon, slightly fat and rare slices of beef, onions , rice noodles all in a tasty broth garnished with a hot chili pepper, sprouts and holy basil). The soup is delicious.
